Immunization Clinics

School City of Mishawaka is partnering with the St. Joseph County Department of Health to host two immunization clinics.
K-12 IMMUNIZATION CLINIC:
NOTE: This is for any SCM student in grades K-12- Date: September 18, 2023
- Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Where: Emmons Elementary School
- What to Bring: Bring a copy of your child's immunization record and their insurance card
- CLINIC IS FULL - NO REGISTRATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
MHS STUDENTS IMMUNIZATION CLINIC:
NOTE: This IS for any MHS students ONLY- Date: September 20, 2023
- Time: During School Hours
- Where: Mishawaka High School
- CLINIC IS FULL - NO REGISTRATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
- Parents do NOT need to be present ONLY if:
- You register your student at the link above at least one week before the clinic date.
- You answer/return the call from the Department of Health nurse in the days before the clinic.
