Vision Initiatives
-
Beginning in the summer of 2015, Dr. A. Dean Speicher proposed a vision plan to the School Board that is based on Building an Organizational Culture of Excellence. The following categories were recommended by the Community Collaborating Committee as a way to improve perception of School City of Mishawaka. This plan was put into place and now has 26 work groups made up of employees and community partners.
If you are interested in being a part of a work group, please contact the Superintendent's office at 574-254-4537.
