We bake our menu items such as chicken nuggets, tater tots, fries. We do not fry, at all.
Whole grain flour is one of the ingredients listed in our hot dog and hamburger buns, sliced bread, and in some of our cereal.
We “batch” cook our vegetables, steaming them in smaller portions to serve just what we need, when we need them. We are serving fresh fruit every meal.
