    JYMS SPORTS PHYSICAL NIGHT

    • DATE: Monday, July 29, 2024
    • TIME: 4:00-8:00 p.m.
    • LOCATION: JYMS
    • COST: Sports physicals will be available for $25.00 (Cash only).

    If a sports physical has already been conducted (after April 1, 2024), please bring the completed physical form to your first practice or turn in to the JYMS office. All physicals will have to be completed on the IHSAA physical form. ISHAA Physical Form

    All participants MUST have a completed physical form on file to begin practice and/or tryouts.

    • Volleyball tryouts are July 31-August 2
    • Football, Soccer, and Cross Country practices will begin Monday, August 5

    Participation Fee
    All JYMS student athletes wanting to participate in a school-sponsored sport will be required to pay a participation fee. That fee has not been announced yet for next school year. Currently it is $25.00 per sport. 

    Registration
    Registration for sports is online at www.mishawaka-in.finalforms.com. Registration needs to be completed by the first contest of the season.

    • 8th grade 3:30-5:30 p.m.
    • Use door B for entry

    CROSS COUNTRY

    Practice Begins:

    • Boys & Girls 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade: Monday, August 5 at JYMS
    • 3:30-5:00 pm.
    • Meet at Door A


    FOOTBALL
    Coaches:

    • Monday, August 5
    • 3:30-5:30 pm. on JYMS football field

    Equipment Pick-up:

    • Both grades can pick up equipment during physical night on July 29 at JYMS
    • 4:00-8:00 pm.
    • Please enter through door A


    CHEERLEADING
    Coaches:

    Tryouts: Held in March 2024. No additional Tryouts will be held.  

    SOCCER
    Coaches:

    Practice Begins:

    • Monday, August 5.
    • 7/8th grade Boys 5:30-7:30 pm
    • 7th/8th grade Girls 4:30-6:30 pm.
    • Soccer practice and home games are at Emmons Elementary School
