It's okay not to be okay, and it's okay to ask for help.

The goal of One is to promote mental wellness, reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, and connect students, staff, and community members with resources that support these efforts.  We are so grateful to our School City of Mishawaka students who eloquently expressed the goal of One.

Should you have any questions about community resources and/or are unsure about your child’s mental health during summer break, SCM has a dedicated support hotline for School City of Mishawaka students, which will be managed by one of our clinical social workers. They will be available for phone consultation from 11 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week.
