It's okay not to be okay, and it's okay to ask for help.

The goal of One is to promote mental wellness, reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, and connect students, staff, and community members with resources that support these efforts.  We are so grateful to our School City of Mishawaka students who eloquently expressed the goal of One.

One Day in The Sun: Take a Mental Health Day is a community event for School City of Mishawaka's One Campaign. Thank you to all of the sponsors, vendors, and volunteers who make the event successful each year. We enjoy all of the families and community members who come and have One Day in the Sun.
