Bee Sting Reminder
As spring approaches and the bees begin to arrive...
- Did you note Bee Sting Allergy on your student's Annual Health Update at the beginning of the school year?
- Did you also note that medication would need to be administered in the event of a sting?
- Have you sent that medication to school yet? If not, please do so before the bees begin to arrive!
Feel free to call your student’s school and ask to speak to the health aide or the school nurse if you have any questions about School City of Mishawaka's medication policy.
If at the beginning of the school year you noted that your student has a Bee Sting Allergy on the Annual Health Update and medication would need to be administered in the event of a sting and you still have not provided any medication to school, please do so before the bees begin to arrive!
