Even though meals are free, it’s crucial that all families complete the Alternate Income Form by August 13, 2025. This form helps SCM qualify for additional state and federal funding that supports your child’s education.

📝 How to Fill Out the Alternate Income Form

  1. Visit myschoolapps.com
  2. Enter zip code 46544 or choose Indiana from the state list, then click Search.
  3. Select School City of Mishawaka, then click Select District & Continue.
  4. Click Begin Application Process.
  5. Agree to the Terms & Use to proceed.
  6. Complete the form with your household information.
