School City of Mishawaka Welcomes New Staff for the 2026-2027 School Year

As we prepare for another exciting school year, School City of Mishawaka is proud to welcome our newest staff members to the SCM family.

This talented group of educators and support professionals brings a wide range of experiences, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to helping every student learn, grow, and succeed. Whether they'll be teaching in classrooms, supporting students behind the scenes, or serving families throughout our district, each new team member plays an important role in fulfilling our mission.

At School City of Mishawaka, we know that great schools are built by great people. Our new staff members have already begun preparing for the first day of school by participating in New Staff Orientation, where they had the opportunity to learn about the district, meet colleagues, and begin building relationships that will support them throughout the year.
