Mishawaka High School SALT Team Shines at NLC Leadership Summit

Recently, members of the Mishawaka High School Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT) participated in the Northern Lakes Conference Leadership Summit held at Grace College. The annual summit brings together student-athletes from across the conference for a day dedicated to developing strong, confident, and service-minded leaders.

Throughout the event, students engaged in workshops centered on leadership development, effective communication, building positive team cultures, and the importance of giving back to their communities. The summit also provided valuable opportunities for collaboration as students connected with peers from other NLC schools to share ideas and experiences.

Mishawaka’s representatives excelled throughout the day, demonstrating the values, work ethic, and character that define our athletic programs. We are incredibly proud of how they represented Mishawaka High School and look forward to seeing the positive impact they’ll continue to make both on and off the field.
