Mishawaka High School Hosts 4th Annual Job, Career & College Fair

Mishawaka High School Hosts 4th Annual Job, Career & College Fair

On the morning of September 18, Mishawaka High School welcomed students, businesses, colleges, and nonprofit organizations to the 4th Annual Job, Career & College Fair. This yearly event is designed specifically for MHS juniors and seniors, providing them with valuable opportunities to explore future career paths, higher education options, and real-world experiences.

More than 20 local employers, colleges, and nonprofits participated, offering information and actively recruiting for part-time, full-time, and summer jobs, as well as internships and mentorships. The fair serves as a bridge between students and the community, helping them take their first steps toward life beyond high school.

In addition to the fair, students attended two impactful seminars:

  • A Financial Seminar hosted by Everwise Credit Union, covering essential topics such as loans, insurance, and banking.
  • The Beyond the Cave Seminar, which focused on college and career planning, helping students understand the next steps after graduation.

Mishawaka High School is grateful to the Mishawaka Education Foundation for sponsoring this important event and continuing to support student success. Events like these reflect our commitment to preparing students for the future—whether that future includes college, career, or community involvement.
