• Vendors are invited to submit brochures, catalogs, and information regarding your company to our Purchasing Coordinator.

    • Paper bids are sent to qualifying vendors and processed three times a year.

    • Classroom/Office supply items is a yearly contract. Bids are sent to qualified vendors in October to be returned in November. School City of Mishawaka School Board awards the bid in December. The bid runs from January 01 through December 12-31.

    • The Purchasing Coordinator will see vendor representatives by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
