• Vendors are invited to submit information regarding your company to our Purchasing Coordinator.

    • Paper bids are sent to qualifying vendors and processed four times a year.

    • Classroom / Office supply items are a yearly contract. Bids are sent to qualified vendors in October to be returned in November. School City of Mishawaka’s School Board then awards the bid in December. The bid runs from January 1st through December 31st.

    • The Purchasing Coordinator will see vendor representatives by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
